Delivery methods & costs
We offer flat rate shipping on every order. The price is based on the largest item in your cart, every additional item ships for free alongside it, and the right fee is applied automatically at checkout.
How shipping works
Our default delivery method is Priority Letter without tracking. If your order is under 50,00 € before shipping, you can add tracked Priority Mail at checkout for just 3,00 € extra.
Orders of 50,00 € or more (product value) always include tracking automatically, no need to select it yourself.
If your cart contains larger items that cannot be sent as a normal letter (over 3cm in height), they are shipped instead as a tracked Small Packet, tracking is always included for those.
Your shopping cart only shows the options that are actually available for your order, so if you have larger items in your cart, options that don't apply are automatically disabled. The tables below are for reference, to help you see costs and estimated delivery times ahead of checkout.

Prices above include VAT for delivery to the European Union, Norway, or the United Kingdom. Deliveries to other European countries do not include VAT.

Our shipping classes
Which class your order falls into determines whether it can ship as a letter or needs to go out as a packet.
