Open your chest
Choose "Treasure Chest" as your shipping option at checkout on any order. Your chest is now open for up to 60 days.
Add whenever you like
Add the "Add Products to my Treasure Chest" item to your cart alongside anything else, and check out as normal.
We keep it safe
Everything you add, including pre-orders, waits together. Check its status anytime in your Order History.
Close & ship
Add "Close & Ship my Treasure Chest" to your cart whenever you're ready. Shipping is prepaid and tracked.
Only add these once your chest is open
"Add Products to my Treasure Chest" and "Close & Ship my Treasure Chest" aren't ordinary products. They're control items. Adding one to your cart is what tells our checkout which Treasure Chest option to show you, since a normal cart doesn't have that choice.
If one of these ends up in your cart without an open chest behind it, checkout can't work out the right shipping, and we'll need to follow up by email afterwards to arrange payment for the correct shipping cost. Not sure if your chest is open? Check your Order History first (see below).
Ship what you have, keep the chest open
Ready to receive your items, but still waiting on a pre-order? When you add "Close & Ship my Treasure Chest" to your cart, you can now choose to ship everything collected so far and open a brand-new chest in the same step. Your pending pre-order simply moves into the new chest and keeps waiting. No need to close it out or start from scratch.

- For registered customers: the Treasure Chest is a bonus feature for our loyal, logged-in customers.
- Open for up to 60 days: add to it whenever you like within that window.
- Prepaid & tracked: shipping is paid up front when you open or add to your chest, and always includes tracking.
- No free-shipping combo: free-shipping thresholds don't apply to Treasure Chest shipments (see why in the FAQ below).
- No minimum order: add a single item or a full order, whatever you like, whenever you like.
Not sure if you already have a chest open?
- Log in and open My Account → Order History.
- Look for an order marked Treasure Chest / Waiting Products or Treasure Chest / Ready to Ship.
- Either status means your chest is open: use "Add Products" to add more, or "Close & Ship" to receive it.
Questions
Why do I add a product to change my shipping option?
"Add Products to my Treasure Chest" and "Close & Ship my Treasure Chest" aren't real products. They're control items that tell our checkout which Treasure Chest action you want. It's a bit unusual, but it's what lets a normal cart offer chest-specific options. Just remember: only add one if you already have a chest open, for the reason explained above.
Is there a minimum order to add to my chest?
No minimum. Add a single sticker sheet or a full order, whatever you like, whenever you like.
What happens to pre-order items in my chest?
They wait alongside everything else until they're in stock. If you're ready to ship but a pre-order is still pending, use the ship-and-reopen option so the pre-order carries over into a fresh chest instead of holding up your parcel.
How long can my chest stay open?
Up to 60 days from the day you open it.
Why doesn't free shipping apply to my Treasure Chest?
Free-shipping thresholds are built around a single, predictable parcel that goes out shortly after you order. A Treasure Chest works differently: we're storing your items for weeks at a time, consolidating several orders into one, and packing a shipment that's usually heavier and bulkier than a typical order. Because of that, we treat the Treasure Chest shipping fee as a combined shipping-and-service fee rather than plain postage. It also covers the storage and handling behind the scenes. Charging it consistently, rather than waiving it above a threshold, keeps the service fair for everyone who uses it.
Can I have more than one chest open at a time?
Each account keeps one chest open at a time. Close and ship it, or use the ship-and-reopen option, before starting a new one.
